February 9, 2009 - This Friday afternoon, there will be no classes so that everyone can attend the annual Valentine’s Day Dance.

In addition to a very large dessert table covered in pastries and confections of all sorts, we will be having a costume contest. The theme for the contest is Famous Couples in History. Betty and Maya will be the judges and Maya will also be checking for historical accuracy, so do your research!

The fun starts at 2pm in the cafeteria. See you there!

February 3, 2009 - This semester we’re going to be holding some of our weekly seminars in the CyberPort instead of my office, so we can get some hands-on training. There's only so much we can do with a projector and a slide show.

The first workshop, hosted by Dr. Keen, will be this Wednesday and will be about malware. Please remember to bring your PALs and be on-time.
